How One Teacher Closes The Distance In Distance Learning

Here’s an interested perspective from a teacher, who is also editor of eLearn Magazine, on how a concerned educator will work to get closer to online students. Faced with an inability to see what her students looks like or whether they’re paying attention, nodding in agreement or staring out the window during class, she’s developed some good tricks to build a more human relationship with distance learners.
